Your item must be in the same condition it was received in original packaging.
If the item arrives damaged please contact us within 3 business days with photos.
For defective items please contact us within a 30-day window for refund or exchange.
If the 30-day return window has surpassed please contact us to evaluate the situation.

Refunds will be processed within 24 business hours after receiving the return. All returns must pass a physical inspection in order to approve the refund.
